If there is no answer, it is vital to leave your NAME and a TELEPHONE NUMBER WITH AREA CODE where you can be reached. You will receive a return call as soon as possible. Your initial telephone call will fulfill the telephone call portion of the Telephone & E-mail Agreement of our guarantee. In the event your puppy suffers an illness covered in our Guarantee, the buyer is still responsible for faxing any veterinary paperwork, reports, and bills. In addition, The Precious Puppy retains the right to request original copies of all documents.

Please remember that in order to qualify for reimbursement of veterinary costs, The Precious Puppy must approve those costs in advance. The Precious Puppy is not responsible for unapproved veterinary costs.
